Love Éire Singles Socials are social and matchmaking events designed to help adults meet new people and make meaningful connections.

Attendees must provide accurate information when registering and must be aged 18 or over.

Tickets are personal and may not be transferred without prior approval from the organiser.

We want Love Éire events to be welcoming, inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.

All attendees are expected to treat others with respect and behave appropriately.

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threatening behaviour, unwanted sexual behaviour, or other inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask an attendee to leave where we reasonably believe their behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or contrary to these Terms & Conditions.

Love Éire facilitates opportunities for attendees to meet and connect with one another. We do not guarantee that you will receive a match, romantic connection, friendship, or any particular outcome.

Any decisions or interactions you have with another attendee are your own responsibility.

Please use your own judgement when communicating with or meeting people you have met through a Love Éire event.

Where mutual matches are facilitated through the Love Éire platform, contact information will only be shared in accordance with the choices and consent of the individuals involved.

Love Éire does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by attendees and is not responsible for interactions or relationships that take place between attendees outside the event.

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Love Éire is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Some Love Éire events may include activities, travel between locations, or other optional experiences.

Participation in activities is voluntary. Attendees are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own health and safety and for informing event organisers of any relevant needs or limitations where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where alcohol is available at an event, attendees are expected to drink responsibly and behave appropriately.

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask an attendee to leave where their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

Photography and video may be taken at Love Éire events for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and event-related communications.

By registering for the event, attendees who provide consent acknowledge that photography and filming may take place.

If an attendee does not wish to be included in identifiable promotional photography or video, they should contact the Love Éire team before or during the event.

Where an attendee has not provided consent, we will make reasonable efforts to avoid including them in identifiable promotional photography or video intended for promotional use.

Ticket purchases are subject to the cancellation and refund terms displayed at the time of purchase.

If an event is cancelled or materially changed by the organiser, attendees will be notified and any refund or alternative arrangements will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the specific event's published refund policy.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to event schedules, venues, activities, speakers, or other arrangements where necessary.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of significant changes.

Personal information collected through registration and participation is handled in accordance with the Love Éire Privacy Policy.

By registering for an event, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed for event administration, registration, attendance management, matchmaking, communication relating to the event, and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove an attendee from an event where they breach these Terms & Conditions or where their conduct presents a reasonable concern for the safety, comfort, or wellbeing of others.

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending a Love Éire event, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Love Éire Privacy Policy.
